Development Director:

Working with the Chief Development Officer (CDO) position; responsible for annual development functions and communication of the agency’s vision, mission, and programs to individuals, groups, businesses, churches, and foundations. Responsible for designing, implementing, and evaluating the agency’s financial development program and for diversifying and strengthening the base of its donors. Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Fundraising or related discipline. Specific Fund Raising training preferred. Minimum of 5 years experience in development positions of progressively increased responsibilities to include direct mail, planned giving, grant writing, and capital campaigns. Strong organizational skills. Work effectively both independently and within a team environment. Full-time with benefits. Case Manager

This position is responsible for assisting clients and families through the Wraparound service delivery process. This person manages the entire Wraparound process and ensures that the client and family’s needs are met through care development, service delivery and transition into less intensive levels of service.  Must be at least 21 years old. Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology, Counseling or Social Work, or equivalent degree required. A minimum of two years working with severely emotionally disturbed youth. Case management experience preferred. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Demonstrated ability to handle stress related to working with clients and families. Demonstrated ability to maintain confidentiality of all appropriate information. Valid driver’s license and daily availability of a personal automobile. Youth & Family Specialists:

Ask about our hiring bonus! Benefits for full-time employees. Needed for working with emotionally troubled children/youth and their famlies.  Tasks include:  supervising, role modeling, teaching life skills, assisting with education and recreation programs, interacting and caring for youth.  Ability to work with clients and families in a residential and home based setting.  BA/BS or 3 years experience in Human Services preferred.   Computer skills required.  Weekends required. Needed for 2nd shift: full-time, part-time and on-call. At least age 21 with valid driver’s license.
