RECREATIONAL SPECIALIST
Looking for individual who will be responsible for the evaluation and implementation of recreation treatment plans and behavior management systems for each resident, utilizing discretion and independent judgment. Administers discipline and manages crises. Responsible for the development, management, and supervision of all recreation activities on grounds and within the community for residents ages 6-21. Prefer Bachelor’s Degree in Recreation Management or Recreation Therapy. Prior experience working with adolescents. Prefer Certified Therapeutic Recreation Specialist designation. Must be certified in, or be eligible for certification in First Aid/CPR, Lifeguarding, Therapeutic Crisis Intervention (TCI). Computer knowledge and excellent written/oral communication skills. Good organizational, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills needed. Demonstrated time management skills and ability to be flexible due to schedule conflicts and/or crisis management. Knowledge of team building practices and programs. Ability to work independently and within a team environment.

DIRECTOR OF RESIDENTIAL SERVICES
Looking for individual who will be responsible for supervision of 3 Living Units, as well as providing Training for Children’s Services Staff. This responsibility will be shared with the current Director of Residential Services. This position includes training, team building, coaching, mentoring, performance evaluations, and handling routine disciplinary actions. This position also helps with recruiting and interviewing residential counselor applicants and, upon hire, providing orientation and training to the new staff. This position will be a full-time salaried position. Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology, Social Work, Organizational Supervision or related field and/or equivalent work experience required. Minimum of 4 years supervisory/leadership experience with demonstrated supervisory skills. Ability to be certified as a TCI, CPR and First Aid Trainer. Computer knowledge and excellent written/oral communication skills. Extremely detail oriented. Good organizational, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills needed. Demonstrated time management skills. Knowledge of team building practices and programs. RESIDENTIAL COUNSELOR
Position requires guidance during daily actions such as getting ready
for school, helping with homework and guiding through daily interactions
with other staff and residents. Assists in providing therapeutic
activities. Must be at least 21 years of age with a valid driver's
license. Must have strong problem solving skills. Must have
