How to make a placement or referral

Most referrals to Crossroad come from public officials who work with young people. These include the Office of Family and Children, the Department of Education, school systems, physicians, the juvenile court system, and hospitals or mental health providers.

Private therapists, members of the clergy, and individual family members may also contact us about a young person in need.

Referrals can be made by phone, mail, fax, or e-mail.
