For the Media

We understand deadlines, and we will do our best to get back to you right away. Contact Ms. Kyle Zanker at 260.484.4153 x 2090, and she will put you in contact with the appropriate Crossroad source.

Please contact us when you need to speak to professionals who provide treatment for troubled children and families.

Please know, that in most cases, we legally cannot comment on residents, families or specific incidents. Many guidelines govern confidentiality for our residents. For example, nearly everyone residing at Crossroad is legally a minor, and we cannot release names of minors without their parents’ or guardians’ consent. Most of our residents are wards of the state or county government, so even if their parents tell you they are here, those parents may not, in fact, be the minors’ legal guardians. All our clients are undergoing therapy, so we must practice therapist/patient confidentiality. Like any mental health facility or hospital, that means we will not talk about a particular client.
