Randall J. Rider, MS, LSW, LMFT, was named President and Chief Executive Officer of Crossroad in 2006. He is the 12th administrator since Crossroad’s founding in 1883.
Randy has had nearly 40 years of experience in child protective services, therapy, and agency administration. He has a Bachelor of Science in Social Work from Ball State University and a Masters of Clinical Psychology from the University of Saint Francis. He is a Licensed Social Worker and a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist. Randy previously held the Crossroad positions of Chief Administrative Officer, Vice President of Professional Services, and Therapist.
In 2002, Randy earned the title/credential of Diakonal Minister in the United Church of Christ through the Council on Health & Human Service Ministries (CHHSM’s) Transformational Leadership Program.
Randy has had a profound influence on the lives of countless children over nearly four decades. His integrity, dedication, skills, and genuine caring for children are evident in his career.
