At Crossroad, we are always working to improve our organization to meet the needs of our clients. We are currently raising funds for our Building Promising Futures capital campaign in order to make our facility more accessible, improve working spaces, and provide an overall better experience.
- A new 15-bed residential living unit to treat 15 additional children at any given time.
- A new Treatment/Welcome Center to act as the point of entry for Crossroad. This facility will be handicapped-accessible, allow for better collaboration between therapists and case managers, and consolidate support functions under one roof.
- Convert the former swimming pool facility into a new Dining Hall and Meeting Hall. The new areas will improve our ability to prepare and serve almost 5,000 meals a month, provide better access for those with disabilities, and provide group meeting space.
- A campus facelift to enhance the campus by adding walking paths and seating ares to be used for quiet contemplation time, physical exercise, and one-on-one counseling sessions. We will also raze existing buildings that are no longer safe or cost-effective to renovate or operate.
