A MAINTENANCE TECHNICIAN at Crossroad is responsible for preventive maintenance, installation, and repair of mechanical and electrical equipment throughout the buildings and grounds of the agency. S/he will perform general building maintenance in compliance with the applicable codes. This person must have knowledge of mechanical equipment, electrical applications, large and small power tools, hand tools, and auto mechanics. S/he must be able to troubleshoot maintenance problems, have good communication and interpersonal skills, and be able to work with minimal supervision. The successful candidate will have basic math skills,  possess at least high school diploma or GED, and have at least one year of experience in facilities maintenance. S/he must have valid driver’s license. This is a full-time position with benefits and SIGNING BONUS.

The preferred candidate will hold a Masters or Bachelor Degree in Special Education, an active teaching license with Elementary School Certification, and teaching experience with emotionally disabled youth. S/he must be eligible for Highly Qualified Teacher status and have knowledge of emotional disturbances, learning disorders, and instructional techniques. The successful candidate will have the ability to maintain composure, think clearly in a crisis situation, and demonstrate maturity, responsibility, and punctuality.  Crossroad Teachers have the ability to both to work independently and as a part of a treatment team. Join the Crossroad Team as our Accounting Supervisor!  The Accounting Supervisor is responsible for directing, coordinating, and operating the Finance Department. S/he coordinates accounting functions and oversees accounts payable, accounts receivable, billing, and fixed assets of the agency. The Accounting Supervisor also assists the Chief Financial Officer in preparing financial statements and various financial reports.  This is a full-time salaried position. The successful candidate is required to hold a Bachelors Degree in Accounting, have a minimum of 5 years experience in accounting,  and a minimum of 2 years of supervision experience.  It is preferred that the Accounting Supervisor have not-for-profit fund accounting experience. S/he must possess knowledge of GAAP, have excellent verbal and written communication skills, and demonstrated time management skills.

Join the Crossroad Team as a Contract Therapist! The Contract Therapist will provide individual, family, and group therapy for both inpatient and outpatient clients. A full licensure LCSW, LMFT, or LMHC is preferred; will consider License Eligible.

A nurse is needed for treatment center providing residential mental health services for children and adolescents. RN preferred; LPN required.  Experience in psychiatric, office, or adolescent pediatric nursing preferred.  CPR/First Aid certification is required.  This is a full-time position with benefits.

Youth & Family Specialists work directly with emotionally troubled children and their families in both residential and home-based settings. Tasks include supervising, role modeling, teaching life skills, assisting with education and recreation programs, interacting, and caring for youth. A preferred candidate will have a degree in a human services field or three years experience in a human services field. S/he must have good computer skills and be at least age 21 with a valid driver’s license.
