The Performance Improvement Specialist is responsible for the coordination and reporting of Outcomes measures; auditing client files; statistical tracking and data entry; and other general activities related to Human Resources and Compliance within the agency.  This position is a full-time non-exempt position.

A preferred applicant will have an Associates Degree or equivalent work experience in Human Services or Business. Computer knowledge and excellent written/oral communication skills are required.  The candidate must be extremely detail oriented and possess good organizational, time-management, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.

Youth & Family Specialists work directly with emotionally troubled children and their families in both residential and home-based settings. Tasks include supervising, role modeling, teaching life skills, assisting with education and recreation programs, interacting, and caring for youth. A preferred candidate will have a BA/BS degree in a human services field or 3 years experience in a human services field. S/he must have good computer skills and be at least age 21 with a valid driver’s license.

Working with the Chief Development Officer (CDO), the Development Director is responsible for annual development functions and communication of the agency’s vision, mission, and programs to individuals, groups, businesses, churches, and foundations. S/he is responsible for designing, implementing, and evaluating the agency’s financial development program and for diversifying and strengthening the base of its donors. The Development Director must possess a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Fundraising, or related discipline; specific fundraising training is preferred. The candidate must have a minimum of five years of experience in development positions of progressively increased responsibilities to include direct mail, planned giving, grant writing, and capital campaigns. The Development Director must have strong organization skills and the ability to work both independently and within a team environment.

The Case Manager is responsible for assisting clients and families through the Wraparound service delivery process. This person manages the entire Wraparound process and ensures that the client and family’s needs are met through case development, service delivery, and transition into less intensive levels of service.  The candidate must be at least 21 years old and possess a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology, Counseling or Social Work, or related discipline. The Case Manager must have a minimum of two years working with severely emotionally disturbed youth, with case management experience preferred. S/he must have excellent verbal and written communication skills, the ability to maintain client confidentiality, and a demonstrated ability to handle stress related to working with clients and families. The Case Manager must have a valid driver’s license and the daily availability of a personal automobile.
