Are you a positive role model with the ability to coordinate and schedule recreation activities and supervise youth? We hope you will join the Crossroad team as a Recreation Specialist!

You will work as part of a team to develop treatment plans for each of Crossroad’s residents. Good organization, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills are a must. The successful candidate will have the ability to be certified in Therapeutic Crisis Intervention and able to provide physical intervention, as needed, for client behavior management. S/he will also demonstrate excellent time management skills and the ability to be flexible due to schedule conflicts and the need for crisis management.

A preferred candidate will hold a Bachelor’s Degree in Recreation Therapy or Recreation Management and must be at least 21 years old with a valid driver’s license. This is a full-time position with benefits and SIGNING BONUS.

A MAINTENANCE TECHNICIAN at Crossroad is responsible for preventive maintenance, installation, and repair of mechanical and electrical equipment throughout the buildings and grounds of the agency. S/he will perform general building maintenance in compliance with the applicable codes. This person must have knowledge of mechanical equipment, electrical applications, large and small power tools, hand tools, and auto mechanics. S/he must be able to troubleshoot maintenance problems, have good communication and interpersonal skills, and be able to work with minimal supervision. The successful candidate will have basic math skills,  possess at least high school diploma or GED, and have at least one year of experience in facilities maintenance. S/he must have valid driver’s license. This is a full-time position with benefits and SIGNING BONUS.

Join the Crossroad Team as a Contract Therapist! The Contract Therapist will provide individual, family, and group therapy for both inpatient and outpatient clients. A full licensure LCSW, LMFT, or LMHC is preferred; will consider License Eligible.

Ask about our hiring bonus! We currently need full- and part-time Youth & Family Specialists for second shift.  Weekend availability is required.

Youth & Family Specialists work directly with emotionally troubled children and their families in both residential and home-based settings. Tasks include supervising, role modeling, teaching life skills, assisting with education and recreation programs, interacting, and caring for youth. A preferred candidate will have a degree in a human services field or three years experience in a human services field. S/he must have good computer skills and be at least age 21 with a valid driver’s license.
