Crossroad’s Accounting Supervisor is responsible for coordinating and directing the work done in the Finance Department. S/he oversees accounts payable, accounts receivable, and billing. The Accounting Supervisor manages the fixed assets of the agency and assists the Chief Financial Officer with the preparation of financial statements and other reports.
The candidate must possess a Bachelors Degree in Accounting. A minimum of five years of experience in accounting and two years of supervisory experience is necessary. Nonprofit fund accounting experience is preferred and a knowledge of GAAP is needed. A successful candidate will demonstrate excellent verbal and written communication skills as well as good time management skills.
This is a full-time, salaried position. Crossroad offers a comprehensive benefits package and a hiring bonus will be paid after 90 days of successful employment.
