Youth & Family Specialists work directly with emotionally troubled children and their families in both residential and home-based settings. Tasks include supervising, role modeling, teaching life skills, assisting with education and recreation programs, interacting, and caring for youth. Minimum education requirement is a High School Diploma or GED. A preferred candidate will have a degree in a human services field or three years experience in a human services field. S/he must have good computer skills and be at least age 21 with a valid driver’s license. Full-time employees are benefits eligible; both full- and part-time hires are eligible for our signing bonus.

The Case Manager ensures the satisfaction of client and family needs through case development, service delivery, and transition into less intensive levels of service. S/he must be at least 21 years old. The applicant must hold a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology, Counseling, Social Work, or equivalent and have a minimum of two years working with severely emotionally disturbed youth. Case management experience is preferred. S/he must have excellent verbal and written communication skills, the ability to maintain the confidentiality of all client information, and the ability to handle stress related to working with clients and families.  The Case Manager must have a valid driver’s license and daily availability of a personal automobile. This is a full-time position with benefits and a signing bonus will be paid after ninety days of employment.

Help Crossroad put a good foot forward – join our team as a Housekeeper!  The applicant must have at least one year of experience in institutional cleaning and have knowledge of proper cleaning techniques, cleaning chemicals, and cleaning equipment. A successful housekeeper is able to work at a productive pace with minimal supervision after the training period. S/he will have good verbal and written communication skills and demonstrate the ability to prioritize tasks to satisfy client and team member needs. Crossroad is looking for a Nurse (LPN) to work with the residents at our treatment center. A preferred candidate will have experience in psychiatric, office, or adolescent/pediatric nursing. S/he must be CPR/First Aid certified. Working hours are noon – 8:30 pm weekdays; the Nurse will work occasional weekends and share on-call phone duties with other staff members. This is a full-time, hourly position offering benefits, and a signing bonus will be paid after ninety days of employment.

You will work as part of a team to develop treatment plans for each of Crossroad’s residents. Good organization, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills are a must. The successful candidate will have the ability to be certified in Therapeutic Crisis Intervention and able to provide physical intervention, as needed, for client behavior management. S/he will also demonstrate excellent time management skills and the ability to be flexible due to schedule conflicts and the need for crisis management.

A preferred candidate will hold a Bachelor’s Degree in Recreation Therapy or Recreation Management and must be at least 21 years old with a valid driver’s license. This is a full-time position with benefits and SIGNING BONUS.

Join Crossroad’s team as our Accounting Supervisor! The Accounting Supervisor coordinates accounting functions and oversees accounts payable, accounts receivable, billing, and the fixed assets of the agency. S/he assists the Chief Financial Officer in preparing financial statements and financial reports. A bachelors degree in Accounting is required, knowledge of GAAP is necessary, and not-for-profit fund accounting experience is preferred. The candidate must have a minimum of five years experience in accounting, at least two years of supervision experience, excellent verbal and written communication skills, and demonstrated time management skills. This is a full-time salaried position with benefits and a signing bonus will be paid after ninety days of employment.

A Part-time Data Entry Clerk is needed to enter client information into Crossroad’s database. This is a temporary position expected to last for 6-12 months. This is a 25-29 hour per week position with no benefits. An applicant must be at least 21 years of age and possess excellent typing and time management skills. The clerk must be proficient in Excel and be very detail-oriented.

Join the Crossroad Team as a Contract Therapist! The Contract Therapist will provide individual, family, and group therapy for both inpatient and outpatient clients. A full licensure LCSW, LMFT, or LMHC is preferred; will consider License Eligible.
