Join the Crossroad Team as our Accounting Supervisor!  The Accounting Supervisor is responsible for directing, coordinating, and operating the Finance Department. S/he coordinates accounting functions and oversees accounts payable, accounts receivable, billing, and fixed assets of the agency. The Accounting Supervisor also assists the Chief Financial Officer in preparing financial statements and various financial reports.  This is a full-time salaried position. The successful candidate is required to hold a Bachelors Degree in Accounting, have a minimum of 5 years experience in accounting,  and a minimum of 2 years of supervision experience.  It is preferred that the Accounting Supervisor have not-for-profit fund accounting experience. S/he must possess knowledge of GAAP, have excellent verbal and written communication skills, and demonstrated time management skills.

A nurse is needed for treatment center providing residential mental health services for children and adolescents. RN preferred; LPN required.  Experience in psychiatric, office, or adolescent pediatric nursing preferred.  CPR/First Aid certification is required.  This is a full-time position with benefits.

Youth & Family Specialists work directly with emotionally troubled children and their families in both residential and home-based settings. Tasks include supervising, role modeling, teaching life skills, assisting with education and recreation programs, interacting, and caring for youth. A preferred candidate will have a degree in a human services field or 3 years experience in a human services field. S/he must have good computer skills and be at least age 21 with a valid driver’s license.
