Crossroad announces new President & CEO

Corinna England, Board of Directors Chair, is pleased to announce the appointment of David Mullins as President/CEO of Crossroad Child & Family Services.

David has 20 years of experience working with child service organizations and at-risk youth, including 11 years as Chief Operating Officer at Crossroad. He was graduated Summa Cum Laude from Ohio State University, earned his master’s degree is psychology from Bowling Green State University where he is ABD (All But Dissertation) for his doctorate, and earned his MBA from the University of Northwestern Ohio. David is also a consecrated Diakonal Minister through the Council on Health and Human Service Ministries (CHHSM) and is an alumnus of Leadership Fort Wayne. He is a standing member of Our Children Our Future: the Allen County (Indiana) System of Care network and is an active committee member of the Indiana Association of Resources and Child Advocacy (IARCA).

David will be the 13th administrator of the agency since it was founded in 1883. Crossroad is a leader in the treatment of children suffering from mental health challenges. Crossroad serves more than 500 children per year in residential and non-residential services including: Psychiatric Residential Treatment (PRTF), secure and open residential treatment, diagnostics, alternative education at Crossroad Academy, community wraparound and Family Preservation services, outpatient counseling, emergency mental health shelter care, and more.

David will assume the position of CEO on January 6, 2021.
